Thank you for bringing attention to the “Hot Issue that’s rarely a Hot Topic!” It does affect women of all ages, and it can quickly consume your life. As a young woman who went through the change very early in life (late 20’s), it took a toll physically and mentally on me. Hot Flashes are NO JOKE! They come Fast & Furious! The best and most practical gift I ever received was a wooden fan my girlfriend brought me from Hawaii. I always carried it with me and women would often approach me asking where I got it from. At some point I lost it and feared being in a room full of people drenched in my own pool of sweat hoping no one would notice mascara running down my cheeks. Well thank goodness for Google. I searched wooden fan and found the exact item on Asainideas.com {Excusive wood fans with glossy white box} – I soon began buying them by the dozen, and every time I noticed a lady’s inner child playing with matches, I would give her my fan. I’ve given a lot of fans away over the years, and encourage every lady to try one. You can look composed and sophisticated or you can look a HOT MESS!

Julie – Wow! What a wonderful lesson in the true sense of what aromatherapy is. Next time I smell a candle, I will certainly question what is holistic about it and to make sure that there are only essential oils used to infuse aroma into the candle. Great information!
